Zoc  Learnings: Refund Policy

Effective Date: 2009

This Refund Policy applies to all courses, programs, digital materials, and learning services (“Services”) offered by Zoc Learnings Canada through our website and affiliated platforms. By enrolling in any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy, along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Our Commitment to You

At Zoc Learnings, we provide personalized learning experiences from day one. Every enrollment includes mentoring sessions, where we take time to understand your goals, requirements, and learning needs. Based on this, we design your learning path and provide ongoing guidance.

In addition, our courses come with a wide range of support services including learning resources, assessments, practical exercises, and instructor support. Because our team invests significant time and resources to create a fully customized learning experience, all payments are final once enrolment is confirmed.

2. General Policy Overview

Zoc Learnings Canada provides immediate or scheduled access to digital learning content, instructor-led sessions, assessments, and supporting materials.

Because significant academic resources, administrative processes, and digital assets are activated as soon as an enrolment is confirmed, all purchases are considered final.

For this reason, fees paid towards any Zoc Learnings course or service are not eligible for reversal once the enrolment has been processed, except in the limited circumstances described below.

3. Training Programs (Online)

Once a participant reserves a seat or completes full payment for a program:

  • Seat reservation fees are non-reversible.
  • Full enrolment confirms allocation of instructor time, classroom resources, printed materials, and administrative preparation. As a result, fees are fully committed at the time of enrolment.
  • Participants who choose not to attend, discontinue midway, or are unable to participate due to personal reasons are not eligible for fee adjustments, credits, or reversals.

Course Postponement or Cancellation by Zoc Learnings Canada

In rare circumstances such as:

  • insufficient enrolments,
  • instructor unavailability,
  • force majeure events (natural disasters, severe weather, public emergencies),

Zoc Learnings Canada may postpone or reschedule a class.

In such cases, participants will be transferred to the next available batch or offered equivalent alternative training.

No monetary reimbursement will be issued.

4. Instructor-Led Online Training (Live Virtual Classes)

For live virtual programs:

  • Access credentials, learning resources, and training calendars are issued immediately upon enrolment.
  • Because these resources are provisioned upfront, all payments for live virtual programs are final once processed.
  • Participants who miss sessions, withdraw voluntarily, or face technical issues on their side are not eligible for financial adjustments or credits.

If Zoc Learnings Canada Reschedules a Session

If a class needs to be postponed due to operational or instructor-related reasons, the session will be rescheduled.

Participants will continue in the assigned or next available cohort.

No monetary reimbursement applies.

5. Online Self-Paced Courses (Digital Learning Modules)

Self-paced courses include immediate access to digital content, proprietary materials, downloadable resources, and platform tools.

Because access is granted instantly:

All self-paced course fees are non-reversible once login access is issued, regardless of whether the learner chooses to begin or complete the course.

This policy prevents unauthorized use, copying, and distribution of copyrighted training materials.

6. Deferrals & Batch Transfers

While payments are non-returnable, Zoc Learnings Canada may, at its discretion, offer:

  • one-time batch deferral,
  • program transfer, or
  • temporary suspension of access

in situations such as medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances.

Additional administrative fees may apply for:

  • multiple deferrals,
  • re-enrolment into a new batch,
  • or transferring between programs of different fee structures.

Approval of such requests is not guaranteed and is based on availability and academic policy.

7. Duplicate Payment Handling

If a participant is accidentally charged twice for the same enrolment:

  • The duplicate transaction will be verified and
  • A payment reversal for only the duplicated amount will be initiated to the original payment method.

This is the only scenario in which financial adjustment may occur.

8. Travel & Accommodation Disclaimer

For classroom programs, participants may need to plan travel or accommodation.

Zoc Learnings Canada recommends making refundable or flexible travel arrangements only after receiving written confirmation of class commencement.

Zoc Learnings Canada is not responsible for travel, hotel, or personal expenses arising from rescheduling or class modification.
